The Chef is responsible for:
Delivering excellent guest experiences through friendly, attentive service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
Following company procedures, food safety, health & safety, and licensing requirements.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the venue.
Supporting smooth service by communicating effectively with your team.
Preparing and maintaining your section, station, or work area.
Following company standards, recipes, specifications, and contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
Supporting the wider team whenever needed to ensure great guest experiences.
What You'll Bring Experience: Kitchen experience, QSR experience, street food knowledge (desirable), Food safety knowledge.
Knowledge & Skills: Knife skills, food safety training, cooking experience, customer service experience.
Behaviours: Positive attitude, Strong communicator, Team player, Reliable and accountable, Calm under pressure, Passion for hospitality, Willingness to learn.
