We're on the lookout for a confident and passionate Deputy General Manager to join the leadership team at The Fletchers Arms - a much-loved pub at the heart of Denton.

This rare opportunity offers the chance to be part of a brilliant team that delivers warm hospitality, excellent food and drink, and memorable moments for our guests. As Deputy General Manager  you'll be the right hand to our General Manager, helping to run the pub day-to-day. We are looking for a natural leader with infectious enthusiasm, previous supervisory or management experience, and a genuine passion for the guest experience. 

The Fletchers Arms is managed by Zac who over the last 6 years has risen through the ranks at Almond Family Pubs. Zac has grown a strong and stable team that pride themselves on a well-pulled pint and first class food quality and service. In 2023 the pub underwent a massive refurbishment and still looks fantastic today - a stylish and welcoming space for both diners and drinkers.
