Hello, we’re Flight Club. The award-winning birthplace of Social Darts founded in October 2015. Over 2 million people have thrown more than 140 million darts since our launch, and our goal is to lead the market in delivering incredible social experiences.

With 10 UK sites across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol and ambitious growth plans ahead we're always striving for excellence, and to bring more memorable moments to our guests.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Bench Kitchen Manager to come in and support our existing Kitchen Managers with their day to day kitchen operation , while developing to a Kitchen Manager role for when the next opportunity arise. This role will require travel/ cover across our regional venues. 

The Job

As a Bench Kitchen Manager, you’ll be supporting our Venue's Kitchen Managers delivering to and exceeding agreed service standards. You will be expected to ensure our brand integrity, enhancing daytime trading and support the delivery of a spectacular customer experience through: 

• Providing holiday or absence cover across our Regional Venues 
• Supporting  with the recruitment, and induction of our kitchen team 
• Supporting with rota during cover, adhering to agreed targets and deploying team members and pro-actively ensuring cover at all times 
• Ensuring consistently high standards of service and adherence to all statutory obligations (e.g. health & safety, food safety COSH and Licensing Law) identifying areas for improvement and implementing new operating standards 
• Supporting with weekly stock checks to achieve food GP %
