What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant General Manager at Flight Club, you’ll be helping to lead the team and deliver an experience that’s second to none. You’ll champion our values; innovation, passion, togetherness, and warmth whilst supporting and developing a brilliant team that loves what they do. From maintaining high standards to creating an atmosphere that feels electric, you’ll play a key role in driving performance and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
