  • Lead regional talent planning, including succession and capability development
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D on targeted interventions
Compliance & Policy
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company standards/processes and policies
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor mandatory training completion and ensure we meet regulatory requirements.

  • Use people data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
  • Analyse key metrics including turnover, absence, engagement, and ER trends
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and records
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance and behavioural trends
Project Management
  • Lead and deliver key HR projects aligned to the wider People plan
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and impact
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent coaching, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Exceptional organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel when necessary

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Business Partner in hospitality or a similar multi-site, fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations and partnering with Operations Managers and General Managers.

  • Demonstrated experience handling complex ER cases
