Location: London ( Field based - Multi-site with regular travel)

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced, people-led business supporting the London region.
This is a varied and highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with Operations Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of the people agenda. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on support to drive engagement, build leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure our people practices enhance both performance and culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic HR Partnership
Support operational teams through on-site observations to ensure the delivery and execution of our products align with company standards and expectations
Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
Experience supporting multi-site operations and partnering with Operations Managers and General Managers.
Demonstrated experience handling complex ER cases
