Floodwater is an upscale tavern style bar & restaurant with an emphasis on a social-forward and sophisticated atmosphere. The foundation of this concept is deeply rooted in our team’s dedication to first class hospitality our patrons have come to expect.<br><br>We will offer a fresh and vibrant Californian style menu from the finest local ingredients available, prepared professionally and thoughtfully by our talented team. Our dishes will be built with simplicity in mind, letting our ingredients speak for themselves. We don’t feel pressure to reinvent the wheel, but we promise to deliver a tasteful and eclectic selection to intrigue and satisfy the appetite of every guest.<br><br>This bar-forward restaurant concept will be driven by a 100 seat high-ceiling Great Room with a 60 foot 25-seat bar displaying large-screened TVs visible from everywhere in the room. After dark the room will take on stunning new life with state of the art lighting, video, music, and an overall ambiance designed to fuel the thirsty evening crowd. A more intimate dining room will offer the same menu and service, but in a warmer and more quiet setting. Alfresco dining will be available around a fire pits and under sun shades. Additionally, The Den will provide a cozy feel for those who prefer to spend their time and enjoy their beverage, while enjoying the comfort of an over-sized leather-bound chair.<br>
