Why You?

As a Night Bartender of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

 As a Night Bartender you will assist the Head Bartender in leading and supporting the team in the day-to-day operation ensuring an excellent guest experience and flawless execution of cocktails.

 You will work with brilliant colleagues across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

• 2/3 years bartending in a luxury establishment
• Currently holding a similar position within a luxury 5* environment or high-end stand-alone bar 
• Mixology training and excellent knowledge of cocktails
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and crates supporting the Bar team, if necessary, with setup/deliveries, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays ( usual shift pattern from 7pm to 3.30am)
