About the Role:
As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of the dispensary — guiding customers, offering product knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment. You’ll play a key role in compliance, customer education, and daily retail operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide tailored product recommendations
  

• Stay informed on cannabis strains, terpenes, THC/CBD profiles & consumption methods
  

• Ensure all transactions comply with state & local cannabis regulations
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor & display cases
  

• Support inventory restocking, cash handling & POS transactions
  

• Promote loyalty programs & in-store promotions
  

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older (required by law)
  

• Passionate about cannabis & customer service
  

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis a plus
  

• Must be reliable, punctual & detail-oriented
  

• Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 25 lbs
