Job description

We are looking for an Banqueting Assistant Manager who will be responsible for the running, organization, training and leadership of banquet staff while personally assisting in executing events based on requirements and standards. This role will support the Banquet Operations Manager and will develop a close working relationship with Culinary, Bar Operations and all teams within the Conduit.

You will have experience and skills in managing banquets and events, leading teams, recruitment and training, monitoring payroll and rotas, guest service, health & safety and wine & food knowledge.
