We are seeking a passionate Bar Person to join and support our Food & Beverage team. This is a key role focused on delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the bar operation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, professional, and engaging service in line with company standards.
• Oversee the setup and upkeep of the bar area and ensure all tables are maintained to the required standards.
• Preparing and serving drinks and cocktails
• Overseeing food and drink service
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations to guests.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment.

What are we looking for?

• A true passion for food, beverages, and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest focus.
• Well-organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
