Food & Beverage Assistant

We are currently recruiting a friendly & passionate Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Acorn family team! The charming Acorn Inn features an award-winning bar & restaurant serving delicious local cuisine which is complemented by warm, attentive service.

The role consists of working as part of a dedicated front of house team providing great customer service in a relaxed setting and has excellent career progression opportunities.

The Acorn Inn has recently won Silver in the Visit England awards.

Work pattern: Shift work Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off. 

Your main responsibilities as a Food & Beverage Assistant are:

• Taking orders of food & drink
• Cleaning the restaurant before and after service
• To be familiar with all menu items to confidently sell to the guests
• Effective communication with the team and guests
• Work a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner
