As our Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll be the energy on the floor and the calm in the storm—coaching an awesome team and crafting guest moments that feel effortless.

What you’ll do

• Run the show  Assist in the day-to-day across restaurant, bar, events spaces and that gorgeous terrace—no two days the same.

• Lead & grow people: coach, cross-train and develop a tight, motivated team; help us retain stars and attract new ones.

• Own the guest journey: high-impact welcomes, smooth service, memorable goodbyes.

• Keep standards sky-high: service steps, H&S, allergens, and compliance—spot-on, every time.

• Get creative: Help us shape seasonal small plates, drinks specials and terrace activations that keep locals talking.

• Communicate like a pro: clear, upbeat, and always solution-focused.

The rota
5 days out of 7 on a rotating schedule. Hospitality life—varied, lively, and never dull.
