We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward training and development. This position reports to the General Manager.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Salary: £25,397 per annum + £12000 Tronc
