As our F&B Colleague you will:

• Possess an in-depth knowledge of all menu offerings and confidently guide guests through their dining experience, ensuring personalized and exceptional service at every interaction.
• Engage with guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
• Consistently maintain impeccable personal presentation by arriving punctually and dressed to the highest standards of elegance and professionalism.
• Ensure all service areas are perfectly prepared and fully operational ahead of opening times, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
• Oversee the daily operation with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless cleanliness, seamless service delivery, beautifully presented food and beverage offerings, timely clearing of tables, and well-organized mise-en-place.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and keeping the F&B Manager informed at all times.
