At the iconic Athenaeum of 116 Piccadilly, Mayfair, you’ll be working with us to deliver our famous five-star service while keeping our independent & unique spirit at heart.

We have 162 rooms, including 18 townhouse residences. As F&B Manager you will be responsible for the F&B offerings in our three meeting spaces, bar and restaurant, which feature a seasonal menu championing the very best local, sustainable produce and a decadent afternoon tea, we’re a lively place to work. 

Key Duties 

• Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets
• Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere through their exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability, and frequent presence in the field.
• Manages and motivates the teams to improve sales and the quality of F&B services.
• Excellent communication skills, you can share your thoughts in an engaging manner through different methods.
• Able to demonstrate leadership behaviours that convey confidence and command respect from others. 
• Tackle challenges with a solution focused mindset.
• Calm and collected under pressure, with the ability to priorities and adapt
• Detail oriented, you notice the smallest thing out of place when walking into a room.
