The Role
We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to work over the Christmas period. You will be reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager. You will need to be flexible in your availability as our Food and Beverage Assistants are required to work breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts and assist in our conference centre.
The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years of age due to the sale of alcohol and have some experience in a food and beverage service in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment.
You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently.
Our hotels and conference centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
