You’ll work to lead the team and contribute to our purpose and provide exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers & guests. Responsibilities include

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded. 
• Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support your team members during busy periods and special events.
• Oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, including dining areas and bar services, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
