Full-Time Brasserie Supervisor Position - £27K + Service Charge - Shifts are between 6.00 am and 11.30 pm

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join the Brasserie family. In this key role, you’ll take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong team management skills and a genuine love for hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.  

 Your Role in our Family:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management
  • Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
  • Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable.
  • Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service.
  • Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.

 What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency with Micros systems is a plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
