Casual - £12.71 per hour 21+ years, £10.85 per hour 18-20 years

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Conference & Banqueting Waiter to join our dedicated Conference & Banqueting team.

Your role in our family:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across conferences, weddings, banquets, private dining event and special occasions
  • Create memorable guest experiences by providing friendly, professional and personalised service throughout every event
  • Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards, ensuring every details is ready before guests arrive
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent presentation and service standards
  • Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining beverage stock where required
  • Take pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guest and colleagues

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • Previous experience within Conference & Banqueting, Events, Restaurant or Hotel Food & Beverage service would be advantageous
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly and professional approach
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • A flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding events
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays in line with business needs.
