Up to £37,000 per annum, includes service charge

Your role in our family:

  • Create exceptional classic and contemporary cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients and precise technique
  • Deliver warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome behind the bar
  • Get to know our guests' tastes, offering confident and knowledgeable drink recommendations
  • Share your expertise on cocktails, premium spirits, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, infusions and garnishes with real attention to detail
  • Help shape and evolve our cocktail menu, bringing in seasonal trends and guest feedback
  • Keep the bar spotless, well organised and fully stocked, supporting regular inventory counts

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender, ideally within a luxury or high-volume venue
  • Genuine passion for mixology with strong product knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails
  • A creative flair balanced with meticulous attention to detail and consistency
  • Excellent guest service skills with a confident, warm and personable manner
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
