COMO Metropolitan London is an inner city property stripping back to the non-essential elements of a traditional hotel. The result is an urban retreat that is cool, accessible and sophisticated. COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.


What you will do: 

  • Working behind the bar and lobby lounge service.
  • Be able to demonstrate cocktails making of classic and menu cocktails.
  • Provide our guests with an excellent in-room dining experience
  • To create a unique experience for the guest with “Surprise and Delight” culture
  • To assist the Room Service Manager in the overall responsibility and smooth operation of all Food and Beverage areas such as Taste of COMO restaurant,  Bar, Room Service, Mini Bar, Breakfast Room,  Meetings and Events
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and keep updated with new developments.
Who you are: 

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • A high level of organisational skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • An all round Team Player
  • You will have the confidence and capability to take room service orders over the telephone
  • You must be proactive
