COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.


What you will do:

  • Ensuring our guests receive an excellent dining experience across Room Service, Mini Bar, Lobby Lounge, Breakfast Room and our Meeting and Event spaces.
  • Willing and able to adapt to working in different parts of the Food and Beverage operations to ensure the smooth, efficient and friendly delivery of service.
  • Engaging with our guests to deliver personalised guest service taking every opportunity to create memorable experiences in keeping with our ‘Surprise and Delight’ culture and encouraging other employees to do the same
  • Have excellent product knowledge that you proactively keep up to date and impart to the team
Who you are: 

  • Excellent motivator and someone who clearly leads by example 
  • A successful candidate will enjoy taking responsibility and delivering results
  • You must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a luxury hotel environment is ideal.
  • You will have the confidence and capability to take room service orders over the telephone and input into Micros
  • You will also speak excellent English and have immaculate presentation skills
  • Able to work a variety of different shifts, which will include weekends, early starts and late finishes
