What You’ll Be Doing
As, Food and Beverage Services Manager you will oversee the exceptional
dining experiences across our acclaimed 3 Rosette fine dining room, the Asian-inspired
Sencha casual dining restaurant, and our meetings and events space.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse set of outlets, each offering
its own distinct culinary journey, while ensuring impeccable service and guest
satisfaction throughout.
You’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to curate memorable experiences that blend culinary excellence with extraordinary service. Your hands-on leadership, passion for gastronomy, and ability to inspire your team will ensure that every guest interaction is extraordinary. The vision for Mallory’s good offering is that of relaxed fine dining, a place without ego which produce the best food, at the highest level delivered by seamless, elegant but friendly and engaging service.
This is a pivotal time to join us as we welcome our new Executive Chef in February and embark on an exciting new chapter for Mallory Court. Together, we’ll redefine culinary excellence across all our outlets, and we will look forward to telling you more about his appointment and future plans during the interview stage.
What we’re looking for in a great Food and Beverage Services Manager
Proven experience in a similar role within a 3 Rosette (or equivalent) environment, preferably in a 5 Red Star standard hotel.
