We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sommelier to join our award-winning team at The Warwick—the fine dining restaurant at the heart of Mallory Court Hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a love for wine and hospitality to grow within a property renowned for its impeccable standards, hospitality, and guest experience.

About the Role:

As Junior Sommelier, you will support the F&B Manager in delivering a first rate wine experience. You will be involved in day-to-day service, curating pairings, educating staff, and ensuring the wine offering consistently complements the culinary excellence of The Warwick.

What We’re Looking For:

•              A genuine passion for wine, service, and hospitality

•              Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment

•              Confident guest interaction and a professional, approachable manner

•              Strong communication skills and attention to detail

•              WSET Level 3 (or equivalent), or currently working towards certification

•              A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit

Key Responsibilities:

•              Deliver expert wine service and guidance to enhance the guest experience

•              Support the wine list management and cellar organisation

•              Assist in wine training for the front of house team

•              Uphold the highest standards of service, hospitality, and guest care

•              Contribute to the growth and profitability of the wine program

•              Hosting wine tasting sessions for guests

**Development such as further WSET courses and other relevant training
