What you’ll be doing:
As Junior Sommelier at The Warwick, you’ll play an integral role in shaping an immersive and memorable dining journey for our guests. From curating thoughtful pairings to sharing your passion for wine and service, you’ll support the F&B team in delivering a drinks experience that enhances every dish and reflects the style and standards of our relaxed fine dining ethos.
You’ll be involved in day-to-day service, cellar management, and staff wine education, with guidance and mentoring to help you grow into your full potential.
