• Deliver a professional, friendly and personalised in-room dining experience to all guests
• Handle room service orders, guest requests and enquiries efficiently and with attention to detail
• Ensure all orders are prepared, checked and delivered accurately, promptly and to brand standards
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, daily specials and promotions to confidently recommend products to guests
• Support the smooth operation of the Room Service department during busy service periods and events
• Carry out quality checks on trays and orders before delivery to ensure presentation and accuracy standards are met
• Assist with minibar operations, stock replenishment and communication of stock requirements
• Work collaboratively with the Kitchen, Bars, Front Office and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless guest service
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and hotel standards at all times
