Chef de Partie
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage staff schedules to match workload and occupancy levels.
Supervise food preparation, portion control, and minimize waste in the hot and cold kitchens.
Monitor staff productivity, proper use of equipment, and efficient workflows.
Ensure all dishes meet quality standards for garnish, timing, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas.
Assist with creating special menus and daily suggestions based on product availability.
Prepare product orders and ensure proper stock rotation.
Work closely with superiors and other departments for seamless coordination.
Requirements:
