Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. We are looking to recruit:

·         F&B Assistant at £26,780 plus service charge

·         Bar Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) from £28,900 up to 29,900 plus service charge

·         Bartender at £27,850 plus service charge

Be the driving force behind our bar team, ensuring seamless operations while upholding our exceptional standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and refining our Food & Beverage procedures to create unforgettable guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

·         Experience in a Bar in a hotel or concept bar setting.

·         Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

·         Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and licensing regulations.

·         Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK.
