About Meliá White House Hotel NW1 3UP
Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

Food & Beverage Sales and Promotion Executive
Mission: Assists the F&B Director in maximizing profits in outlets under their responsibility through the coordination of sales activities and promotions focused only on external customers (not staying at the hotel).
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Provides the F&B E-Commerce staff with accurate and up-to-date information on the outlets to allow it to promote each point of sale.
· Provides support to the F&B Manager in the Operations Centre for tactical marketing to increase sales to internal and external individual customers in the different points of sale.
· Coordinates advertising campaigns and digital sales with their respective teams focused only on external customers (not staying at the hotel).
· Provides support to the F&B Manager in the management of F&B content on melia.com and other platforms according to strategy.
· Identifies needs (following Marketing guidelines) related to:
o Content for social media
o Preparation and monitoring of photo shoots
o Creation and management of promotional displays
o Flyers and marketing templates
o Distribution of sales brochures for each outlet.
o Management of QR codes and menus
· Involvement in the attraction, contact, negotiation and confirmation of F&B group business, focused only on external customers (not staying at the hotel).
· Organization and promotion of special tactical events (F&B calendar) focused only on external customers (not staying at the hotel).
What we are looking for?
· OPERA knowledge
· Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial
· Prior experience is a similar role
· The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
