The role…

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who can lead from the front, inspire their team, and take real ownership of the guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the hotel—overseeing the restaurant and bar while setting the tone for service, energy and standards across the department.

You’ll be:

  • Leading, motivating and developing the F&B team day-to-day
  • Creating a service style that feels relaxed, confident and consistently high-quality
  • Driving revenue while maintaining strong control of costs and budgets
  • Using your food and drink knowledge to train, coach and elevate the team
  • Working closely with the kitchen and senior team to continually improve the offer

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a quality-led hotel, restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring out the best in people
  • A solid commercial mindset and confidence managing budgets and performance
  • A genuine passion for food, drink and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Energy, presence and the drive to take the operation to the next level
