OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Room Service waiter provides exceptional service by taking orders and delivering food to guests in the comfort of their hotel rooms. It is necessary for employees to possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple orders. Not only does the in-room dining waiter take orders and deliver food, but they also make sure that the orders are prepared and presented with the greatest precision. It is important for workers to have a good understanding of the menu and be able to provide helpful suggestions based on guests' preferences or dietary needs. In addition, it is their duty to ensure that the in-room dining area is kept clean and organised, supplies are restocked, and payment transactions are processed efficiently.
Please note this is a one-year fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.
