OUR BARS
NoMad London offers different bar experience: Twenty8 Bar is the gateway into the main restaurant, specialising in drink collaboration with the kitchen, aperitifs, and after dinner drinks. Side Hustle, awarded as Best International Hotel Bar at the 2025 by Spirited Awards, offers a wide range of agave-based spirits and craft beers.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professional who thrive in an environment of accountability and collaboration. Come apply to join the NoMad bar team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Barbacks are responsible to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bar while also assisting Bartenders with service. Barbacks should be able to analyze and understand the needs of the bar at any point of service such as replenishing stock, ice, and glassware; constantly reprioritize these tasks to make sure service runs smoothly.
