OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Kitchen Servers have a comprehensive understanding of the technical relationship between kitchen and dining room, food delivery etiquette and dining room traffic patterns, Kitchen Servers (KS) are the eyes and ears of the kitchen and can relay information from the dining room to the kitchen efficiently and clearly. They are eager to learn more about the philosophy of The NoMad menu and cuisine in general, seasonality and the origins of techniques and ingredients.
Kitchen Servers are responsible for maintaining the same level of food knowledge amongst themselves throughout all the outlets, knowing all ingredients, preparations, allergens and possible modifications for all dishes produced in the kitchen.
