Each equipped with YOTEL’s signature SmartBed – adjustable for relaxing, working or sleeping, every element of the cabin is sleek and modern. The hotel also offers a 24/7 fully equipped gym for hotel guests.

At the heart of the hotel is Revolve, our stylish all-day restaurant and bar serving up street food inspired bar snacks and larger plates, all washed down with a range of local craft beer and speciality cocktails. The split-level area, ideal for both work and play, offers a range of cosy booths, sofas and social tables. Don’t forget to look up at the glass ceiling!

About the role

As our Food & Beverage Manager you will play an instrumental part in the delivery of the hotels food concept.  Reporting to the hotel General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will serve as a key member of the hotel senior management team.

More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:

• The role will be responsible for the smooth running of Food & Beverage on a day-to-day basis.
• To direct all activities of Food & Beverage to ensure quality, efficiency in service whilst driving volume and sales in all areas of responsibility.
• Oversee all food, health & safety matters within the hotel.
• Support the coaching and development of the Food & Beverage team to ensure they are confident, motivated and empowered when interacting with our guests.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to drive innovation and continued development of the guest journey.

As well as the above-mentioned tasks, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible in ensuring all food safety and health & safety requirements are met.

The skills we are looking for are:

• We are looking for an individual who has a solid background in developing through a team a guest experience like no other.
• Experience of managing teams.
• Experience of supporting the delivery of food concepts.
• Numerate and analytical, be able to establish credibility and communicate a message. In addition, the successful individual will be able to withstand pressure and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by using their outgoing personality to interact with guests, employees, HQ and others.
