We’re looking for a talented and driven General Manager to lead one of our unique properties at Forest Park Hotel in Brockenhurst.

What we’re looking for:

  • Passionate, energetic, and people-focused individuals
  • A natural leader who can inspire, develop, and motivate teams
  • Strong operational and financial expertise, including P&L management and budgeting
  • Experience driving sales and delivering against targets
  • Skilled in recruitment, engagement, and team development
  • Ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic thinking
  • Experience in events and delivering exceptional guest experiences
