responsibilities of the role:
Supports and assists with emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to
buildings.
Installs, inspects, repairs and smooth running of the electrical, plumbing, mechanical
and other related systems
Assists with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Assists with maintenance and repairs to boilers, heating and ventilation systems.
Assists with maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring and roofing.
Assists with maintenance and repairs to appliances.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures;
complying with legal codes and regulations.
Helps to Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions with cost analysis.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment
to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Review work orders to ensure proper documentation.
Painting and descorating.
Supporting the reception and restaurant teams with moving of funiture and guest luggage.
