responsibilities of the role: 
Supports and assists with emergency and regular repairs and coordinate repairs to buildings.  
Installs, inspects, repairs and smooth running of the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems  
Assists with landscaping and grounds maintenance.  
Assists with maintenance and repairs to boilers, heating and ventilation systems.  
Assists with maintenance and repairs of finishing, ceilings, flooring and roofing. 
Assists with maintenance and repairs to appliances. 
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. 
Helps to Identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions with cost analysis.  
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. 
Review work orders to ensure proper documentation.    
Painting and descorating.
Supporting the reception and restaurant teams with moving of funiture and guest luggage.
