Fowey Hall is currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Family. Working with Andrew our F&B Manager you will be responsible for the impeccable Food and Beverage service throughout the hotel.

This Assistant Restaurant Manager needs to be able to lead our food and beverage department during service to consistently exceeding our guest expectations by giving an outstanding, informal, and personable family focused service. You also need to be passionate about local, homegrown food using seasonal sustainable produced daily. You need to excite and surprise though our teams service, creating a magical and memorable experience.
