What You'll Do

As a Maintenance & Cleaning Specialist, you will:

• Maintain Pristine Spaces: Deep-clean and sanitize the dining area, restrooms, counters, and back-of-house areas according to strict health and safety standards.

• Support Food Safety: Clean and maintain baking ovens, espresso machines, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces.

• Manage Waste: Regularly empty trash, recycling, and compost bins, ensuring proper disposal and a clutter-free environment.

• Keep Displays Beautiful: Assist with washing windows, dusting displays, and floor care (sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming) to keep the café looking its best.

• Stock & Organize: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, restroom essentials, and hygiene stations.

• Safety First: Respond quickly to spills or hazards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and teammates.

• Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with the café team and perform other duties as assigned to support driving quality standards.

What You Bring

• At least 1+ year in maintenance, custodial work, cleaning, or hospitality (preferred).

• A friendly, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

• High attention to detail and an engaging, cooperative communication style.

• Integrity and accountability—you take true ownership of your work.

• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs., stand for long periods, and strictly follow food safety and chemical handling guidelines.

• Commitment to working a consistent schedule and providing exceptional service.
