What you'll do

As a Night Front Desk Agent you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for acting as a hotel ambassador during their Night. This will include showing guest’s round during their check in process and conducting duties in an efficient and timely manner, such as upselling and checking that reservations instructions are being followed, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. 
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Front Desk Agent.
  • You will handle night requests and enquiries, process payments, manage the float, assist the night manager with the financial audits and ensure the cleanliness of the front desk area.
  • You'll have experience working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored and personalised experiences to guests including butler services and concierge, therefore you will have the ultimate London knowledge and well established relationships that will offer our guests the very best of what should have their notice.
  • You’ll also act as a liaison between guests and other departments to ensure seamless experience. 
  • Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Reception Manager you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy's.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, in hotel or other customer facing roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
  • Passion to the role and the team and unique personality
  • Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
  • Opera and Microsoft knowledge
