Here at No.15 Bath by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Waiting Team Member who can serve up elegance with a smile and turn every guest’s experience into a key memory.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant (breakfast room), bar, and lounge — with charm, confidence, and a dash of flair
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make guests feel special, like a character in a Jane Austen novel
• Keep the dining areas looking as polished as Bath’s crescents
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep things flowing smoothly
• Share your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths

• Friendly, confident, and passionate about great service
• Quick on your feet and cool under pressure
• A team player with a love of hospitality
• A sense of humour and a love for Bath’s elegant charm.
• Reliability, discretion, and a dash of sparkle.
