• Supervise our waiting team with grace and gusto, ensuring every service (breakfast, lunch or dinner) runs smoother than a freshly frothed cappuccino
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences — from breakfast brilliance to dinner delights
• Support the management team with training, and keeping standards sky-high
• Be the go-to person for guests and team alike — part leader, part legend
• Keep the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and just a little bit wonderful

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in restaurant service, with a knack for leading teams
• Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest-focused
• Ready to bring warmth, wit, and a touch of Bath charm to every shift
