Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in York, Margate and Brighton, were we serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings, where you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll bring doing:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through the menu like a seasoned pro
• Taking orders with accuracy and flair — and delivering them with style
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service smooth
• Keeping the dining area looking sharp and running like clockwork
• Making every guest feel like they’ve just discovered their new favourite restaurant

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experienced in hospitality or eager to learn with the right attitude
• Confident, energetic, and great with people
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
