Pearly Cow & No.124 Brighton, by GuestHouse have now opened our doors as one of the most anticipated restaurant and hotel openings on the South Coast. We take pride of place right on the seafront and are Brighton’s newest-boutique-hotel-by-the-sea.
The Job
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be supporting our Pearly Cow Manager in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of our Pearly Cow Restaurant. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or private dining, you’ll be supervising the day to day operation of a team of waiters/runners, ensuring each of our guests receives a positive experience.
