The role

The Night Manager will oversee hotel operations overnight, ensuring guest safety, service excellence, and operational continuity while acting as the senior manager on duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all overnight hotel operations
• Lead night audit and reporting procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, incidents, and service recovery
• Ensure security, safety, and compliance standards
• Support front office systems and handovers
• Assist with pre-opening night procedures and training

About You

• Experience as a Night Manager or Night Supervisor
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Calm, confident, and highly organised
• Comfortable working independently overnight
