As we prepare for our opening, we’re looking for a confident, friendly, and proactive Concierge to join the team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one.

About the role
As Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—welcoming guests, sharing your local knowledge, and going above and beyond to make each stay unforgettable. From restaurant recommendations to arranging transport and experiences, you’ll help guests make the most of everything Newquay and Cornwall have to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with enquiries throughout their stay
• Provide expert local recommendations and insider knowledge of Newquay and Cornwall
• Arrange bookings, transport, and guest requests
• Build strong relationships with local partners and suppliers
• Support the front of house team to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Deliver a consistently professional, friendly, and approachable service

What we’re looking for

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong local knowledge (or enthusiasm to learn quickly)
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Previous concierge or front of house experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to meet insurance requirements for driving duties (25+ and full, clean UK driving licence essential)
