About you:
You have a natural flair for fantastic customer service, with a warm, friendly and professional approach that makes people feel special.
You’re a team player who is happy to help wherever needed and enjoys being part of a supportive, guest-focused team.
You communicate clearly and confidently, stay organised under pressure and are comfortable working across different computer platforms and be able to answer the phone professionally.
You understand that first impressions count, so you’re always smart, approachable and ready to impress.
