Our Opportunity

Working five nights out of seven, you’ll be the welcoming face our guests see when they arrive late and the reassuring presence throughout the night. As a night team member, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure operation of the hotel during overnight hours, as well as assisting guests with any needs they may have. 

Key duties include:

• Offering a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests

• Managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently and professionally

• Handling guest enquiries, requests, or issues with confidence and care

• Performing end-of-day financial reporting and auditing tasks

• Ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel overnight

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous night audit or front office experience in a hotel environment

• Confident working independently and handling overnight responsibilities

• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable

• A natural problem solver with excellent communication skills

• Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, professional demeanour

• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
