Our Opportunity

Managing the day to day operations in the Central Reservations office, you will have reservations experience, preferably within a central or cluster office overseeing an assistant manager and a team of reservations agents. You will retain a strong focus on achieving the hotel sales strategy and maintaining a positive sales environment. You are attentive, well organised and display high levels of customer service standards.

You will be leading the central reservations team, being supported by our Area Revenue Manager.  The Area Revenue manager is dedicated to prioritising your learning and development, coaching and support you from the moment you join.
