We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their culinary career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed at all times
• Help with stock rotation and deliveries

What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine passion for food and cooking
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic food hygiene knowledge (Level 1 or 2 desirable)
