Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a full time Guest Service Manager. 

We want a confident communicator, who brings personality and shine to our team.

 

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
  • Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen
  • Helping guests & creating positive experiences
  • Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out
  • Managing bills & payments
  • Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries. 
  • Running the bar
  • Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely

 You will have 'Hamptonality' 

  • Great energy and a can do attitude
  • Great at managing people,  and you love chatting with guests
  • Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
  • Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)

 Useful Experience

  • Supervisor or management experience in hospitality industry 
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
